At Ray White Darwin & Palmerston, we are committed to maintaining the quality, comfort and presentation of every home we manage.
If you need to report a maintenance issue, please email your Property Manager with a detailed description of the problem, including photos where possible. Providing as much information as possible will assist us in assessing the issue and arranging the appropriate contractor as quickly as possible.
Under the Residential Tenancies Act and our office procedures, all maintenance requests must be submitted in writing before they can be actioned.
It is the tenant’s responsibility to promptly report any repairs or maintenance requiring attention.
General Maintenance
All non-urgent maintenance requests must be submitted in writing via the Tenant Ailo App or by emailing your Property Manager directly.
Emergency Maintenance
If you experience an emergency repair outside of business hours, please contact the appropriate emergency contractor listed below.
Emergency maintenance includes:
Burst water pipes
A blocked or broken toilet (where there is only one toilet at the property)
A serious roof leak
A gas leak
A dangerous electrical fault
Flooding
Failure of an essential service (such as water, electricity or hot water)
Damage that is likely to cause injury to a person or significant damage to the property
A security issue that makes the property unsafe or unable to be secured
Please notify your Property Manager as soon as possible on the next business day if emergency repairs have been carried out after hours.
