If you live in real estate in Darwin you can send your children down to the 'Fun in the Parks' school holiday programme, which will keep them entertained and out of your hair.
Available every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the school holidays, bar the week over Christmas and New Year as well as any public holidays, the programme kicks off at 10 a.m and runs until 12.30p.m.
The nippers can be kept busy with activities such as water play, a slide, arts and crafts, large gym shapes, ball games, and face painting.
Sunscreen will be provided, but children are advised to bring shoes and cool clothing suitable for outdoor play as well as a sun hat to keep safe in the heat.
