Minister for Arts and Museums Matt Conlan recently announced applications for the latest share of $135,000 for future projects are underway – offering a wonderful opportunity for those living in the local community to seek support from the state government.
The second round of funding aims to help support local artists, non-profit organisations and community members to see make their ideas become a reality.
"Grants of up to $15,000 are available to support arts activities in all regions of the Northern Territory for research, development, promotion and presentation. This total pool of $135,000 in funding will allow our talented artists to develop their skills and promote their work to a much wider audience or tour to remote areas in the Territory and other places in Australia," said Mr Conlan in an 18 September statement.
