Titles have been issued for the final 62 residential lots of Johnston Ridge in Palmerston three years ahead of schedule. This final stage consists of 61 single-dwelling and one multiple-dwelling lots which could yield up to 24 dwellings.
Minister for Lands, Planning and the Environment Peter Chandler recently said the government is working hard with developers to deliver a steady flow of land to the market.
This latest release offers lots between 809sq m and 918sq m on a ridgeline overlooking picturesque conservation areas.
Statistics show that sales for Johnston Ridge have been very strong with 98 per cent of lots sold, leaving just four lots still available.
With titles now issued on the final lots, purchasers can take ownership within the next month and then commence construction of their dream home before Christmas.
