Kristya Palmer

Property Management

Originally hailing from South Wales, Kristya has made her way to Australia and the Northern Territory her home. When she is not working in the Ray White Darwin property management department, she enjoys spending time at festival with friends and some of the many outdoor activities Darwin has to offer. Outside her passion for property, you can find Kristya honing her skills as beautician.

With a background in admin, Kristya is well accustomed to dealing with both a heavy workflow and communication, not just in keeping her clients connected to property management but within the office as well. She enjoys her role as an associate property manager not just because she is able to provide support to the team, but grow in the role as well.

Her experience has helped Kristya understand that there will always be a variety of needs when working with different clients. Knowing this she can keep a tab on her own work priorities, so that she may offer the best service possible. This includes personal time management, keeping to a schedule and understanding when her clients need or wish to be contacted.

Kristya feels that there is a benefit to being with an established group like Ray White because of the systems and management techniques that have been proven effective nationwide. Having an established team in place also helps with morale and positive professional motivation.
